Asphalt

We supply Bitumen and Asphalt grades:

- Oxidized Bitumen: 115/15

- Asphalt: 60/70, 80/100

- Performance Grade: 64-22, 67-22, 70-22

We can supply bulk bitumen on CIF, C&F or FOB basis depending on the customer's need, shipping in the next containers:

- Bitumen Big Bags; 1,000kg and 1,300kg

- Steel Drums: 200Lt.

For larger scale projects we are able to supply Bitumen Tankers with 27,000 kg of asphalt.

We believe this is a complex shipping method, and should only be considered in some projects, where the sourcing of the asphalt is nearby and the asphalt will maintain a high temperature while being transported.

We are also able to sell or lease bitumen melter / decanter machines, for Bitumen Big Bags or 200lt drums, depending on our clients needs.

Modified and polymer-bitumen waterproofing membranes

We distribute a large range of polymer-modified waterproofing membranes obtained from the modification of distilled bitumen with poly-olefin based co-polymers and Atactic Polypropylene (APP).

The modified compound ensures ease of application, reduced consumption of gas and has excellent adhesion properties that secure, when the membrane is properly installed, very good bonding and tightness of all joints and overlaps.

We are Mexico's top importer of modified bitumen waterproofing materials, with a monthly volume of 36,000 sqm / month.

We also ship to the Caribbean and Central America.

We offer consulting and assistance with best practices for the correct waterproofing of any structure.

Silicone Sealants and Polyurethane

We manufacture a large range of acrylic, silicone and polyurethane sealants with our brand; ULTRAMEX.

We also manufacture white label brands for over 50 different clients in Latin America.
